Terms & License Agreement

1. License Grant

MoonRaise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and play Bridge Man on your Solana Mobile device. This license is personal and non-transferable.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game code
  • Use cheats, exploits, or hacks to gain unfair advantages
  • Attempt to duplicate, resell, or redistribute the game
  • Use the game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with game servers or other players' experiences

3. In-Game Purchases

Skins and in-game items are digital assets purchasable with SOL. By purchasing:

  • You acknowledge the purchase is final and non-refundable
  • Items are for personal use only and cannot be resold or traded
  • MoonRaise reserves the right to modify or discontinue items
  • Items have no real-world value and are not securities

4. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, code, and design are owned by MoonRaise. You do not own any part of the game; you only have a limited license to play it.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bridge Man is provided "as is" without warranty. MoonRaise is not liable for loss of game progress, SOL transactions, or any indirect damages resulting from game use. Your use of the game is at your own risk.

6. Termination

MoonRaise reserves the right to terminate your license and ban your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with standard legal procedures.
